I really thought I was going to get something cleaner and more polished, but the final piece felt rushed. The colors didn’t look right to me, and a few details weren’t even close to what I asked for. It was disappointing because I paid expecting something professional, and instead I ended up feeling like I just got stuck with a messy version that wasn’t worth the price

The artwork turned out really nice and was close to what I had in mind, so I’m happy with the final result. I just wish I’d realized ahead of time that it was going to take longer than expected. I ended up waiting a bit and had to check in once, which I probably wouldn’t have minded as much if the timing had been clearer from the start. Overall, not a bad experience, I just regret not asking more about the turnaround time beforehand.

They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually sort out my issue. My gut feeling is that the customer service isn’t amazing, but it’s not bad either...

I had a frustrating time with the revisions. The weird part is, I expected that to be the stage where things got clearer, but it actually felt more confusing and dragged out longer than it should have. Overall, I wouldn’t use customconcepts.art again.

I ordered from customconcepts.art after a friend recommended them, and the order arrived without anything damaged, thankfully. The packaging was just kind of okay though. The box had a few dents, and the wrapping inside felt loose. Since it was art stuff, I was expecting it to be packed a bit more securely

I had a bad time trying to order from them. The whole process felt confusing and way more frustrating than it should’ve been. I feel stupid for trusting them in the first place because it just wasn’t a good experience at all.

The artist did get back to me, but yeah, sometimes it took a few days. A couple of details were missed along the way too, which was a little frustrating. We got everything sorted in the end though, so it worked out.

It was really frustrating, and based on that experience, I wouldn’t order from them again.

I also had to repeat basic details more than once which got frustrating, and the tone in some of the messages didn’t really come across as professional to me, maybe other people have had a better time with them but personally I wouldn’t go back.

I ordered from customconcepts.art, the delivery was a hassle. It took way longer than they originally said, the tracking barely updated, and I had to keep reaching out just to figure out what was going on. Not really worth the stress for me. I won’t be ordering again...

I thought the site was easy to use. I was able to find what I needed without much trouble, which made the whole experience feel simple and hassle-free.

The preview made my order look really nice, but what I got was disappointing. The print came out blurry, the colors were dull, and it didn’t really match the picture I uploaded. Some of the edges looked faded too, like it wasn’t printed cleanly. For what I paid, I expected at least decent quality. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t have much faith they’d actually fix it. I wouldn’t order again.

I was hoping to make something specific, but yeah… the customization options weren’t really as flexible as I expected. It was mostly just basic colors and text changes, and not a whole lot beyond that. I kept having to adjust my original idea to work within what they offered, which was kind of frustrating. The files were okay overall, but to me the edges looked a little soft. They worked fine, just didn’t have that really sharp, clean look I was hoping for.
